PELAKSANAAN PASAL 4 AYAT (1) PERATURAN BUPATI PANGANDARAN NOMOR 12 TAHUN 2022 TENTANG PEDOMAN PENYELENGGARAAN FORUM KONSULTASI PUBLIK DI DAERAH DI DESA MANGUNJAYA KECAMATAN MANGUNJAYA KABUPATEN PANGANDARAN

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to meet the principles of good governance is to enhance public service involving the public in public policy announcement represented by the Public Consultation Forum (FKP) as set out in the Regulations of the Bank No. 12 Year 2022 on the Guidelines for the Maintenance of the Regional Public Consultations Forum. That is why all public service organizers, including Mangunjaya Village, can organize a Public Consultation Forum in order to governance with the principles of good governance.

The issues discussed in this script relate to how the implementation of Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Banking Board Regulations Number 12 Year 2022 on the Guidelines for the Maintenance of the Public Consultation Forum in the District of Mangunjaya District, the barriers and efforts to implement Article 4, paragraph (1), of the Banking Board Regulation No. 12 Year 2022, on the maintenance guidelines of the public consultation forum in the district of Mangunjaya District.
The method of research used in this research is the Analytical Descriptive Method, which is a way to solve problems or answer the problems that are being faced, carried out by following the path of collection, classification, analysis of data concluded with the aim of making an image of a situation objectively, as well as using the method of the Normative Juridic Approach. Based on the results of the research, the conclusion was obtained that the implementation of Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Regulations of the Banking Authority Number 12 Year 2022 on the Guidelines for the Maintenance of the Public Consultation Forum in the District in the Village Mangunjaya Mangunjayan District District has not been organized due to the presence of several obstacles, among others that the Head of the District is still concentrated in fulfilling his political promises, the new legislative regulations that belongs so that it takes time to adapt, and the lack of socialization with the District Mangunjayayan District.

It is expected that all public service organizers, including Mangunjaya Village, organize a Public Consultation Forum not only to implement the orders of the Legislative Regulations, but more than that, in order to present the government with the principles of good governance: effective, efficient, transparent, accountable and responsible.
