ANALISIS WAKTU DAN BIAYA PADA PROYEK PENINGKATAN JALAN LINGKUNGAN RUNGKI KELURAHAN CIGEMBOR MENGGUNAKAN METODE CPM

Generally, a project has a deadline, which means that the project must be completed before or exactly at a predetermined time. In the Rungki Environmental Road Improvement Project, Cigembor Village, in its implementation, it experienced delays which resulted in an increase in the duration of the project.
This research uses the CPM (Critical Path Method), by analyzing data to find the critical trajectory so that it can be known the optimal duration and what work is on the critical trajectory as well as cost estimation with the addition of working hours.
The results of the research on the Rungki Environmental Road Improvement Project in Cigembor Village took 28 days, after analysis using the CPM method and the duration acceleration with crashing obtained a duration of 19 days with an acceleration difference of 9 days. The estimated cost required for this project with the addition of working hours (overtime) for 3 hours there is an additional cost of Rp.70.628.039,47
